Industries

Industries we go deepest with.

Each vertical below has a distinct engineering approach. Click through to read scope, example systems, and a price range.

01 · Vertical specialisation

Four verticals where our engineering already knows the operation.

Most software studios stay deliberately industry-agnostic. We don't — we ship deeply for a small set of verticals where the operational logic, integrations, regulatory edges, and language pairs are repeatable. That keeps every engagement informed by the last one, and keeps the codebase patterns sharp instead of bespoke from scratch each time.

Each industry hub below is a real system family we've shipped in production, not a service template. Booking engines for Bali villa groups, CRM rebuilds for cross-border property agencies, editorial platforms for lifestyle brands, AI-assisted operations layers for premium UAE hospitality — every page documents what we build, the typical scope, the integrations involved, and a price range you can plan around.

02 · Where operators come to us

Real situations we're shipping for right now.

Each scenario maps to one industry hub below — every link stays inside the engineering coverage, no orphan inquiries.

Scenario · 01

Bali villa group with 8 properties leaking 25–35% revenue to OTAs.

Direct-booking engine, multi-property availability, Cloudbeds or SiteMinder sync, Stripe + Xendit checkout, and a guest CRM that turns repeat stays into recognised contacts — not anonymous Airbnb bookings.

Scenario · 02

Property agency selling Bali villas to Singapore + Australian buyers.

Multilingual EN + ID listing platform, WhatsApp Business API routed into a CRM, agent ownership rules, lead-source attribution across paid and organic, and a compliance-aware investor portal for cross-border deals.

Scenario · 03

Wellness retreat or boutique lifestyle brand outgrowing Squarespace.

Editorial-grade EN + ID website, structured CMS for retreat schedules and practitioner bios, booking flow wired to a CRM, and analytics that distinguish organic search from paid social — designed for international audiences who buy on story.

Scenario · 04

Premium UAE hospitality operator wanting AI concierge that actually works.

Multilingual AI concierge (EN / AR / Hindi), inquiry triage, smart upsell flows, revenue analytics across direct and OTA channels, plus integration with regional payment rails and residency-tier guest data — not a chatbot demo.

03 · Industry hubs

Four verticals, one engineering approach.

Every hub documents scope, integration footprint, typical price range, and indicative timeline. Click through to read the full system we ship, the case studies behind it, and the questions operators ask before signing.

04 · Why specialise

Vertical depth is the deliverable.

  1. 01

We've shipped this exact stack — not theory

Every system family on this page is something we've already taken to production for an operator in Bali, Indonesia, or APAC. The reference patterns, code libraries, and integration adapters carry over engagement to engagement.

  2. 02

Native to the integrations operators actually use

Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Hostfully, Stayflexi, Stripe, Xendit, Midtrans, WhatsApp Business API, Brevo, HubSpot — we have working adapters and field experience, not vendor brochures.

  3. 03

    Same timezone, same operational rhythm

Bali-time delivery, Bali-time support, Bali-time release windows. Critical for hospitality operators whose peak load lands on local hours and whose front-desk teams need responses in their working day.

  4. 04

    Cross-border buyers handled fluently

ID, SG, AU, HK, UAE — every system is built with multi-currency pricing, locale-aware analytics, multilingual content workflows, and the compliance hooks needed for cross-border property and hospitality transactions.

  5. 05

    Compliance-aware by default

Bali real-estate ownership quirks, UAE residency-tier guest profiles, EU GDPR for inbound European tourists — we plan the data minimisation, consent logic, and audit hooks into the architecture from the first sprint.

05 · Industry FAQ

Questions operators ask before they engage.

These are vertical questions about how the engagement intersects with your operation. Each hub page below has deeper technical FAQs specific to that vertical.

  1. 01

We're not in one of the listed verticals. Can you still help?

Often yes. The four hubs are where we go deepest, but the engineering primitives — booking flows, CRM, multilingual sites, payment integration, AI layers — transfer to adjacent operations: dining groups, surf schools, dental clinics, cosmetic clinics, art galleries. Start with a System Audit and we'll be honest about fit.

  2. 02

Do you build for single properties or only multi-property groups?

Both. A single boutique villa or one wellness studio is a clean engagement. Multi-property groups (4+ villas, 2+ hotels, a regional agency network) get a different architecture — multi-tenant data, per-property branding, group-level reporting — which we plan in the audit.

  3. 03

Can you handle multiple currencies and cross-border payments?

Yes. Most of our hospitality and property platforms accept IDR, USD, SGD, AUD, HKD, AED, and EUR. Pricing displays in the guest currency, settlement happens in your account currency through Stripe, Xendit, or Midtrans — depending on the operator's banking setup.

  4. 04

What languages do you ship by default?

English and Indonesian come standard on every site, dashboard, and CRM — locale-aware analytics, hreflang, multilingual checkout, multilingual guest comms. Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, and Korean are common add-ons for hospitality operators; we plan them when the audience is real, not by default.

  5. 05

How do you handle peak-season traffic spikes (Easter, Christmas, Eid)?

Edge-served static where the content allows, ISR for time-sensitive pages, queued background workers for the booking writes, and load-tested checkout under traffic comparable to the operator's previous peak. Bali's December-January and Easter windows are baked into our infrastructure assumptions.

  6. 06

Can we expand from one vertical to another inside the same platform?

Yes. The data model is built to extend — a villa-booking platform can grow into a multi-property hotel group, a real-estate CRM can absorb investor portal flows, a lifestyle brand site can grow a retreat-booking layer. We design the schema so the vertical move happens without a rewrite.
