The project is the central object

Many CRMs are built around a deal record. For developer operations, the project — and its underlying units, documents, milestones and handover state — is usually the spine. We structure the platform around the project record so sales, construction, documentation and handover all reference the same source.

Public site and portal share architecture

The public site and the buyer / stakeholder portal should not be two disconnected systems. We build them on a shared project and unit model so data does not need to be copied manually and approved content propagates correctly across surfaces.

Approved data and audit trail

Project information shown to buyers, stakeholders or partners is treated as adviser-approved content. We design the data model around explicit approval, version history and change audit rather than ad-hoc editing — so the team can see who changed what and when.

    It can be designed for any combination, with role-based access for buyers, brokers, internal sales and operations teams, project partners and adviser-approved external reviewers. The actual mix is scoped during System Mapping — we don't impose a generic 'investor portal' model.

    Yes. The public site and the buyer / stakeholder portal can be built on a shared project and unit model so approved content propagates across surfaces and private access sits behind authentication and role-based permissions.

    Regulated fundraising, securities offerings, tokenisation or fractional ownership, KYC/AML framework definition, investment-compliance architecture and capital raising or introductions to investors are outside standard scope unless requirements are provided and governed by the client's appropriately licensed advisers and providers.
