Overview
Vulken FM is a facilities-management operator running compliance inspections, asset checks, and remedial work across a large portfolio of sites. The previous workflow was paper checklists, spreadsheets, and after-hours data entry — engineers in the field had no structured tool, and the office had no real-time visibility into what had been inspected, what failed, and what needed remediation.
We built the operational platform end-to-end: a mobile app for engineers in the field, a dashboard for the office team, an inspection form-builder for compliance officers, and a reporting layer for clients.

What we built

Field-engineer mobile app
Offline-capable mobile app for inspections, QR-coded asset scanning, photo capture, structured forms, and sync when connectivity returns.
Inspection form-builder
Configurable form builder lets compliance officers add new inspection types — sections, questions, required photos, pass/fail logic — without engineering tickets.
Operational dashboard
Web dashboard with live overviews of inspections, asset records, compliance calendar, remedials board, and report viewer for the office team.
Asset and site records
Structured records of every asset and site, history of past inspections, remedial actions, attached documents, and audit trail.
Compliance reporting
Auto-generated compliance reports per site, exportable PDF/CSV, with summary metrics for clients and auditors.
Role-scoped access
Different views and permissions for engineers, supervisors, compliance officers, office staff, and client stakeholders.
